Returns & Refunds

Returns within 14 days

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened skincare or perfume mists.

Refund or exchange

You can choose a refund or an exchange for another SKIN101 product.

Return delivery

The customer pays the delivery cost for returns. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we cover it.

How to return

Send us a DM on Instagram or email info@skin101eg.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll arrange the pickup or drop-off with you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund. Card payments are refunded to the same card. For cash-on-delivery orders, we'll arrange the refund with you directly.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo by DM or email within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll replace it or refund you, free of charge.
